HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2009-04 Ag Preserve Chester KottkeCity of Corcoran CoZtnty of Nei?nepiall State of Minnesota CITY OF CORCORAN RESOLUTION 2009-04 MOTION BY: Thomas SECONDED BY: Gmach A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGNATION AS AN AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has designated certain lands in their Comprehensive Plan to be eligible for designation as an agriculture preserve; and WHEREAS, the below described parcel is located within the area defined as Rural Residential; WHEREAS, the owners of the descri as an agricultural preserve; and bed parcel have made official application for their designation WHEREAS, the requirements regarding size, stipulations of the act are deemed legally satisfied; covenants, development density and other NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that the following property owned by and described below is hereby designated as an Agricultural Preserve: P.I.D. Noo 05-119-23-31-0001 Legal 1-1 Commencing at the NW corner of the E 1/2 of W 2/3 of SW �/4 THE 185 ft TII S at RT angles 143 ft TH E at RT angles 152 it TH N at RT angles 143 ft rh E to NW corner of Acre Lake TH S to SW Corner thereof TH W to SW Corner of E 1/2 of W 2/3 of SW 1/4 th N to beginning except road, Section 5, Townshi3 p 119, Range C2, orcoran, Minnesota Totaling 52.25 acres —Owned by Chester Kottke and Arlean Kottke, a married couple BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the above property must submit to the requirements of "RR Rural Residential" District as an ov designation.
