RESOLUTION NO. 2009-23
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
THE SHANNON LANE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND
ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE PROJECT

WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has reviewed information indicated that the culvert crossing
under Shannon Lane is in need of replacement; and
WHEREAS, on .lune 11, 2009,

1. To accept the Feasibility Report for the Shannon f,a�le fridge Replacement
Project.
2. Ordering a public hearing required under Minn. Stat. �429.031 to be held on July
23, 2009.
