A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT AWARD (CONTINGENT UPON
EASEMENTS) FOR SHANNON LANE CULVERT NO.27J47
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the Shannon Lane Bridge
Improvement,
WHEREAS, Engineer has verified GL Contracting, Inc. is lowest responsible
bidder,
WHEREAS, Approved plans show easements are necessary for the project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1) Contingent upon receipt of easements, the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with GL Contracting of

The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to
alI bidders the deposits, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a
contract has been signed.
