RESOLUTION ADOPTING PRELIMINARY PROPOSED TAX LEVY 2009,
COLLECTIBLE IN 2010
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Corcoran, County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, does hereby declare that the following sums of money be levied for the current year,
collectible in 2010, for the following purposes:
General Property Tax Levy
Equipment Certificate Debt 200"
Equipment Certificate Debt 2008A
Facility Expansion Debt

FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Council does hereby designate the following dates for
the Truth in Taxation Public Hearings:
Original Hearing — December 7, 2009, 7 pm.
Reconvened Hearing (if necessary) — December 10, 2009, 6:30 pm
