HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2009-43 Shannon Lane-Requesting MnDOT FundsCity of Corcoran County of Hennepin State of Minnesota RESOLUTION NO. 2009-43 Motion By: GMACH Seconded By: THOMAS 1" Mo UL LZI'4 olv//%ININC: V A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REQUEST FOR RELEASE OF STATE TRANSPORTATION BRIDGE FUNDS FOR SHANNON LANE CULVERT NO. 27J47 WHEREAS, the City has requested State Transportation Funds for the replacement of the Shannon Lane Culvert, and and WHEREAS, the project design has been approved and bids have been received, WHEREAS, the City agrees to the State Transportation terms of the grant, and WHEREAS, the City agrees to pay any costs in excess of the grant amount and to return any unused portions.
