RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CORCORAN POLICE DEPARTMENT TO ENTER INTO
JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT FOR MINNESOTA REPOSITORY OF ARREST PHOTOS (MRAP).
WHEREAS, the Corcoran Police Department will enter in to Joint Powers Agreement with the State of
Minnesota;
WHEREAS, the Corcoran Police Department will access Minnesota Repository of Arrest Photos database as
part of police services provided;
WHEREAS, the Corcoran Police Department will responsible for following the agreement as spelled out in the
Joint Powers agreement;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran will enter into Joint Powers
Agreement between the State of Minnesota, acting through its Commissioner of Public Safety, Bureau of
Criminal Apprehension and the City of Corcoran, Police Department.
