A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE REPLACEMENT
OF THE SHANNON LANE CULVERT (BRIDGE NO.91278)
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council has determined that the culvert beneath Shannon
Lane, identified as State Bridge No. 91278, is in need of replacement; and
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council has committed to initiating the process to replace
the Shannon Lane culvert.
NOW THERERFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Corcoran,
Hennepin County, Minnesota that the City Engineer is hereby authorized to perform the
topographic survey, permit activities, submittal of fund application to MnDOT, preparation of
construction documents, and other associated tasks necessary to proceed with the replacement of
the Shannon Lane Culvert (Bridge No. 91278).
