A RESOLUTION FOR APPLICATION BY THE 10-50 Club/Corcoran JC's TO CONDUCT
LAWFUL GAMBLING IN CORCORAN
WHEREAS, the 10-50 Club along with the Cocoran JC's have made a new applicaton to the City
of Corcoran for the purpose of conducting lawful gambling in Corocran for the benefit of this City.
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council reviewed this item at their meeting on December 11, 2008;
and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Corcoran City that the City of
Corcoran finds this application to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the
City Clerk to sign the application on behalf of the City, allowing for lawful gambling to be
conducted.
