RESOLUTION CANVASSING THE NOVEMBER 4, 2008 MUNICIPAL ELECTION
RETURNS AND DECLARING RESULTS
WHEREAS, the City held a municipal election on November 4, 2008; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has prepared a summary of the returns of the forenamed election; and
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council must canvass the municipal election returns and declare
.he results within seven days after the election,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Corcoran that the
following returns are hereby canvassed and declared the official results of the November 4 2008
election.
