A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN ACCESSORY BUILDING
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 22090 STREHI,ER ROAD
P.I.D. No. 16-119-23-43�0001
�%"VHEREAS, Ms. Sara Ann Anderson has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit on the
property legally described as follows:
"The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 119, Range 2 3 ,
Hennepin County, Minnesota."
«�-IEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Conditional Use Permit at a duly called
Public Hearing, adopted Findings of Fact and recommends approval;
NOw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Conditional Use Permit
for Ms. Sara. Ann Anderson, allowing the construction of a accessory building. Subject to the
following conditions:
A. The accessory building shall not exceed 80 feet by 180 feet (14,400 square feet} with a
maximum side wall height of 14 feet and overhead door height Of 12 feet.
B. That a Certificate of Survey as required by City Code Section 1030.020 be submitted with the
building permit application and that it cate that the setback from the north property line is 50
Feet or greater.
C. That construction of the accessory building is commenced within 1-year of issuance of the
Conditional Use Permit by the City.
D. That the driveway from Strehler Road to the property, is covered by a driveway easement in a
form acceptable to the City Attorney, that allows for its use by horse owners stabling their horses on
the property.
