TEMPORARY LAWFUL GAMBLING IN CORCOR.ANT FOR TE[E COIJN1FR1' DACE
WHEREAS, the Corcoran Jaycees requesting approval from the City of Corcoran for the purpose
of conducting temporary lawful gambling in Corcoran for the Country Daze Community
Celebration Raffle from July 24 to August 17, 2008.
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council reviewed this item at their meeting on July 24, 2008; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Corcoran City that they find this
request to be in compliance with the city codes and hereby authorizes the City Clerk to sign the
Resolution on behalf of the City, allowing for temporary lawful gambling be conducted for a Raffle
between July 24, 2008 to August 17, 2008.
