RESOLUTION NO. 2008-24

RESOLUTION AUTI-IORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR SAFE &SOBER
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Corcoran Police Department enter into a grant agreement with the
Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of Traffic Safety for the prof ect entitled "SAFE AND
SOBER COMMUNITIES," during the period from October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Sean Gormley, Chief of Police for the Corcoran Police
is hereby authorized to execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the Department,
project on behalf of the Corcoran Police Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Chief of the Mound Police Department is hereby
authorized to be the fiscal agent and administer this grant on behalf of the Corcoran Police
Department.
