RESOLUTION NO.2oo8-22

RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ORGANIZATION
AND APPOINTMENTS FOR THE CITY OF CORCORAN
'V�HEREAS, City Clerk /Treasurer Barb Larson has submitted her resignation, terminating her
employment with the City on February 8, 2008;
WHEREAS, the City accepted her resignation and appointed Interim City Administrator Todd
Bodem as the Acting City Clerk on February 14, 2008 to fulfill those required statutory dunes until such
time as the City Clerk/Treasurer position is filled.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby relieves the Acting City Clerk duties
given to the Interim City Administrator Todd Bodem and appoints newly hired City Clerk/Treasurer
Kimberly Bachmeier as the City Clerk to fulfill those required statutory duties.
