A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR
DESIGNATION AS AN AGRICULTURAL PRESERVE
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has designated certain lands in their Comprehensive Plan to be
eligible for designation as an agriculture preserve; and

WHEREAS, the owners of the described parcels have made official application for their
designation as an agricultural preserve; and
WHEREAS, the requirements regarding size,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, NIINNESOTA, that the following properties owned by and described below are
hereby designated as Agricultural Preserve:

East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/ of Section 13, Township 119, Range 23; Except the South 310.26 feet of
the North 13 93.26 feet of the West 802.0o feet thereof; and Except the West 3 00.00 feet %J the
South 370.44 feet of the North 1763.7 feet of said East 1/2 of the Northwest 1/ of Section 13

the North 189.39 feet thereof; Also that part of the North 189.39 feet of said West 1/2 of the
Northeast 1/ of Section 20, Township 119, Range 23, lying East of the West 345 feet; except road.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the above properties must submit to the requirements
Agricultural Preserve" District as an overlying, more stringent zoning for the duration of the
requested designation. No subdivisions can occur unless and until said properties are removed from
the Ag Preserve Program.
