RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR
SIGNATORY POWER WITH 21ST CENTURY BANK FOR THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHEREAS, It is a requirement of 21 St Century Bank to receive copy of an approved City Council
Resolution and minutes authorizing Mayor Ken Guenthner and Interim City Administrator Todd Bodem
as official signers for transactions related to banking;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby approves Mayor Ken Guenthner and
Interim City Administrator Todd Bodem as the City's signatory representatives with 21 St Century Bank
for the City.
