RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ORGANIZATION
AND APPOINTMENTS FOR THE CITY OF CORCORAN
WHEREAS, City Clerk /Treasurer Barb Larson has submitted her resignation, terminating her
employment with the City on February 8, 2008;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City hereby accepts her resignation and appoints
Interim City Administrator Todd Bodem as the acting City Clerk to fulfill those required statutory duties
until such time as the City Clerk/Treasurer position vacancy i
us filled.
