BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the above properties must submit to the requirements of "A-1
Agricultural Preserve" District as an overlaying, more stringent zoning for the duration of
requested designation. No subdivisions can occur unless and until said properties are removed
from the Ag Preserve Program.
