AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF STIEG ROAD
AND COUNTY ROAD 101 (PID 01-119-23-44-0045) (CITY FILE NO. 23-008)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map
from Light Industrial (I-1) to Community Commercial (C-2), on land legally described as follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption of the
resolution approving the final plat for this project.
