AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 20130 LARKIN ROAD (PID 26-119-23-13-0006)
(CITY FILE NO. 22-044)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the Cit
Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification of the City of Corcoran Zoning
Map from Light Industrial (I-1) to Planned Unit Development (PUD), legal described asfollows:
See Attachment A
Section 2. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption of the resolution approving the
final PUD development plan for this project.
