SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2022-463
AN INTERIM ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE OF EDIBLE CANNABINOID
PRODUCTS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN
Ordinance 2022-463 issues a moratorium on the sale of edible cannabinoid products in the City
of Corcoran pending the study of issues related to the sale of edible cannabinoid products. The
study will provide recommendations as to whether amendments should be made to the City’s
zoning, licensing, or general code provisions in order to better protect the citizens of Corcoran
as it relates to the sale of cannabinoid products.
A printed copy of the complete ordinance is available for inspection by any person at City Hall
during the City Clerk’s regular office hours.
