WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has in interest in the property legally described as:
Outlot A, Acacia Hills
WHEREAS, the City required dedication of this parcel to the City
approvals for Acacia Hills approved on August 29, 1997 by R
WHEREAS, the landowner failed to dedicate this land to th /6-1-11-v
