A RESOLUTION AWARDING SEAL COATING CONTRACT
April 13, 2017
WHEREAS, pursuant to quotes and bids sought for 2017 Seal Coating street maintenance
materials for various streets within the City, bids and quotes were received, opened, and
tabulated according to law; and
WHEREAS, the following quotes were received:

BE IT RESOLVED, that Allied Blacktop Company. has been identified as the lowest
responsible bidder;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORCORAN, MN:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into contract with above
identified responsible bidder in the name of the City of Corcoran for the 20I7 street
maintenance materials.
