AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF TITLE VIII OF THE CORCORAN CITY
CODE RELATED TO PROPERTY MAINTENANCE. (CITY FILE 22-046)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendment of the City Code. The text of Title VII of the Corcoran City Code is
hereby amended by adding the underlined material as follows:

by the code official is permitted to be restored to a safe condition. The owner, owner's
authorized agent, operator or occupant of a structure, premises or equipment deemed unsafe

the interior of every structure, shall be free from any accumulation of rubbish or garbage

Section 702.3: Locked Doors. Means of egress doors shall be readily openable from the
side from which egress is to be made without the need for keys, special knowledge or
effort, except where the door hardware conforms to that permitted by the MSBC.

and shall be replaced or repaired where defective.
