A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, is auth
of real or personal property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section
citizens, and is specifically authorized to accept gifts; and

WHEREAS, the City received a monetary donation in the amount of $664.44 from Sports Star
Photography for the purpose of parks and recreation programming; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donation as offered for the
benefit of the City of Corcoran, and residents;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Corcoran acknowledges
the generosity Sports Star Photography and graciously accepts the donation.
