A RESOLUTION APPROVING VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN
RUSH CREEK RESERVE 3RD ADDITION (PID 23-119-23-420-103) (CITY FILE NO. 23-007)
WHEREAS, M/I Homes of Minneapolis/St. Paul, LLC (the "applicant") has requested approval of
an easement vacation, and,
WHEREAS

the applicant has requested vacation of the existing easements on property legally

Outlot C, RUSH CREEK RESERVE ADDI TION, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council reviewed the vacation at a duly called public hearing, and;
WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing was mailed to all landowners of property directly abutting
the area to be vacated and all utility companies serving the area, and;
WHEREAS, notice of the public hearing was published in the official newspaper, and;
WHEREAS, the City finds that the existing drainage and utility easements are no longer required
as new easements were dedicated with the Rush Creek Reserve o Addition plat, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the vacation, subject to the
following conditions.
