AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF TITLE IX OF THE CORCORAN CITY CODE
(CITY FILE 20-004)
The text of the Corcoran City Code is hereby amended to amend Title IX to revise the land
dedication requirements to be consistent with updated park dedication fees.
A printed copy of the entire amendment is available for inspection by any person at City Hall
during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage.
ADOPTED by the City Council on the 13th day of April 2023.
