AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 22400 STATE HIGHWAY 55
(PID32-119-23-44- 0001) (CITY FILE 21-016)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the Citv Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map
from Urban Reserve (UR) to Light Industrial (I-1), described as follows:

Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption of this resolution.
ADOPTED by the City Council on the 10th day of November, 2021.
