AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER 54 IN TITLE V (PUBLIC WORKS) OF
THE CORCORAN CITY CODE RELATED TO LAND DISTURBANCE AND EROSION AND
SEDIMENT CONTROL REGULATIONS (CITY FILE 22-035)
Title V of the City Code of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota, is hereby amended to revise
regulations related to Land Disturbance and Erosion and Sediment Control including post -
construction stormwater management.
A printed copy of the entire amendment is available for inspection by any person at City Hall
during the City Clerk's regular office hours.
