AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF SECTION 950 OF THE
SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE, SECTION 1030.060 OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 40 OF TITLE IV, AND TITLE V OF THE CORCORAN
CITY CODE RELATED TO LAND DISTURBANCE AND EROSION CONTROL
AND SEDIMENT CONTROL REGULATIONS (CITY FILE 21-051)
The text of Titles IV (Construction Regulations), V (Public Works), IX (Subdivision
Ordinance), and X (Zoning Ordinance) of the City Code of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, is hereby amended with revised definitions and provisions for land
disturbance activities related to the City's Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System
(MS4) General Permit No. MN R04000 and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
