A RESOLUTION APPROVING
REMOVAL OF SPECIAL ASSSESSMENTS
August 25, 2022
WHEREAS, Corcoran levied for the Corcoran Trail East/West Street Improvements Project, Levy
No. 21194; and
WHEREAS, 7815 and 7795 Corcoran Trail West was special assessed as part of the levy sent to
the County; and
WHEREAS, the special assessments for 7815 and 7795 Corcoran Trail West were added in error
to the assessment roll sent to the County,
WHEREAS, Resolution 2021-119 excluded these properties until development occurred, which
"development" is designated as the time upon issuance of a building permit for construction of a
structure designed for human occupancy on an Undeveloped Property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Corcoran City Council approves the removal of levied special
assessments against property originally identified as 23-119-23-33-0015 (7795 Corcoran Trail
West) and 23-119-23-33-0016 (7815 Corcoran Trail West) from the tax levy and elects to maintain
a deferred assessment for the parcels as outlined in Resolution 2021-119.
