A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE
ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has an existing Administration Department organizational
structure which must be adjusted as the City grows in order to meet the needs of the
community; and
WHEREAS, the City desires to create and amend job descriptions as outlined in this
resolution.

ORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Corcoran:
1. The City amends the job description of the Finance Manager as attached to
this report; effective August 6, 2022, Maggie Ung remains at Grade 13 Year 2
Step and will

be calculated on the effective date of the amendment job description, for the

amended position.
3. Staff is authorized to initiate a hiring process to fill the Accounting Clerk
position, the hire is subject to final approval by the City Council.
