APPROVING VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
"BECHTOLD FARMS AT RUSH CREEK" (PID 08-119-23-11-0007) (CITY FILE NO. 22-024)
WHEREAS, Skies Limit, LLC (the "applicant") has requested approval of an easement vacation as
part of subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the applicant will provide new drainage and utility easements adjacent to the new lot
lines and over waterbodies as required by City Code; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested vacation of the existing drainage and utility easements
shown on Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, the Corcoran City Council reviewed the vacation at a duly called public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the City finds that the existing drainage and utility easements are no longer required as
the new easements were dedicated with the plat; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request for the following
vacation subject to the following conditions.
1. The vacation is contingent upon approval of the Bechtold Farms at Rush Creek plat and
dedication of new easements (Resolution 2022-53).
2. The applicant must record the resolution approving the vacation at Hennepin County with
the final plat and provide the City of Corcoran with proof of recording.
