A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED 2022 WAGE SCHEDULE AND BENEFIT
PACKAGE FOR CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Corcoran, Minnesota adopted the 2022 General
Fund Budget and the 2022 Property Tax levy on December 91", 2021; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish the following direction regarding employee
wages and benefits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following:
1. 2022 Amended Full-time Part-time and Seasonal Wage Schedule (Exhibit A)
2. The City Administrator is authorized to approve step increases for eligible employees
contingent upon a satisfactory performance evaluation.
3. The City Administrator is authorized to approve the hiring of part-time and seasonal
m eployees for positions that have been approved in the 2022 budget.
