AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X (ZONING ORDINANCE) OF THE CITY CODE TO
CLASSIFY CERTAIN LAND LOCATED AT 19220 COUNTY ROAD 10 (PID 25-119-23-14-
0003) (CITY FILE 21-028)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
Section 1. Amendment of the City Code. Title X of the City Code of the City of Corcoran,
Minnesota, is hereby amended by
from Mixed Residential (RMF.2)
follows:
See Attachment A
changing the classification on the City of Corcoran Zoning Map
to Planned Unit Development (PUD), legally described as
Section 2. Effective Date. This amendment shall take effect upon adoption of the
resolution approving the final PUD development plan for this project.

All fihat part of Section 25, Township 199, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as
follow:
All that too of the East �/2 of the Northeast %4 of the Southeast �/4 lying North of County Road No.
10; the East �/2 of the Southeast %4 of the Northeast Y4 and commencing at the Northwest corner
of the East Y2 of the Southeast %4 of the Northeast Y4 of said Section; thence parallel with the
East line of said Section 1085 feet; thence at right angles West 557.7 feet; thence Northeasterly
in a straight line to place of beginning.
EXCEPT that part of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section
25, Township 119, Range 23 Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 01 degrees 09 minutes 16 seconds
West, along the East line of said East Half of Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a
distance of 50.58 feet; thence South 88 degrees 50 minutes 44 seconds West 168.59 feet to the
West line of the East 168.59 feet of said East Half of Southeast Quarter of the Northeast
Quarter and the point of beginning; thence continuing South 88 degrees 50 minutes 44 seconds
West 305.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees 09 minutes 16 seconds East 175.00 feet; thence
North 88 degrees 50 minutes 41 seconds East 305.00 feet to said West line of the East 168.59
feet; thence North 01 degrees 09 minutes 16 seconds West, along last said line, a distance of
175.00 feet to the point of beginning.
