AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF TITLE X OF THE CORCORAN CITY CODE
RELATED TO I-1 DISTRICT STANDARDS (CITY FILE 20-015)
THE CITY OF CORCORAN ORDAINS:
SECTION 1. Amendment of the Cit Code. The text of Chapter 1040.125 of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Corcoran City Code is hereby amended by deleting the Str'ak -material and
adding the underlined material as follows:
Subd. 5 . Interim Uses. The following are interim uses, subject to the conditions outlined in
Section 1070.030 of this Ordinance and the specific standards and criteria that may be cited for a
specific use:
A. Land reclamation, mining and soil processing
B . Outside Storage as a principal use, subi ect to the following

must be moved to an approved, screened storage area._
