A RESOLUTION CREATING A SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR ARPA FUNDS
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has been and will be allocated funding from the
federal American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) for distribution to qualifying local
governments; and
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran intends to accept its full distribution of ARPA monies
from the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the revenue received under the ARPA funding should be maintained in a
special revenue fund; and

he expenditures must be in accordance with the ARPA guidance; and
he City is required to designate the grant funds for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the City of Corcoran shall create a special
revenue fund for the period of the grant for accounting of monies received from the
American Rescue Plan Act and the expenditure of the monies in accordance with the
grant.
