A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN ASSESSMENT HEARING FOR THE CORCORAN TRAIL
WHEREAS, the
feasibility report by the C
EAST/WEST IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
Corcoran City Council on February 11, 2021, ordered the preparation of a
ity Engineer for the Corcoran Trail East/West Improvements project; and
WHEREAS, on May 13,
public improvement hearing for
2021, the City Council approved the feasibility report and scheduled the
June 10, 2021 a and
WHEREAS, on June 10, 2021, the City Council held a public hearing, ordered the Corcoran Trail
East/West Improvements project and directed the City Engineer to prepare plans and specifications
consistent with the ordered improvements, pursuant to resolution 2021-61.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORCORAN, MINNESOTA.

1. The City Council hereby calls for an assessment hearing to be held on October 14, 2021 at
7:00 pm for the purposes of considering and adopting the project assessment roll.
2. The City Council hereby directs staff to mail official notice to the affected property owners to
include the individual amounts of the proposed assessments.
