A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT FOR THE CORCORAN TRAIL EAST/WEST
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT
WHEREAS, on May 13, 2021 the City Council of the City of Corcoran adopted a resolution fixing
the date for a Council hearing on the proposed Corcoran Trail East/West Improvements Project (the
"Project"), the improvement by reconstruction of the existing roadways of the following:
• Corcoran Trail East and West to the respective connections with County Road 50; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and
the hearing was held thereon on June 10, 2021, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CORCORAN, MINNESOTA,
1. The improvements contemplated by the Project are necessary, cost-effective, and feasible as
detailed in the feasibility report.
