CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL
Mayor Guenthner called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.
• Members Present: Mayor Kenneth Guenthner, Councilors Dixie Lindsley, and George Gmach.
• Arriving Late: John Bucher (6:40 PM) and Ronald Thomas (6:55 PM).
• Staff Attending: City Administrator Roberta Colotti, Assessor’s Rolf Erickson and Ann Risch.
• Also Attending: Trish & Daryl Krueger, R.J. Theis, Steve Patnode.
BOARD OF REVIEW –APPEALS
• By default, through no action being taken by the council, the request for a reduction in the
property tax valuation of Trish and Daryl Krueger, 9945 Sundance Road, is hereby denied.
• By default, through no action being taken by the council, the request for a reduction in the
property tax valuation of Steve Patnode, 7780 Corcoran Trail East, is hereby denied.
• By default, through no action being taken by the council, the request for a reduction in the
property tax valuation of R.J. Theis, 20575 Co. Rd. 10, is hereby denied.
By appearing before the city board of review the applicants have preserved their right to further appeal
their property tax valuation to the county.
