Staff will review, but will not bring this back for review at a workshop, the council will review with final draft ordinance. Section 250 – Planning Commission 250.07 Board of Appeals and Adjustment – This will be modified. It was suggested that the Waste Water commission should also have a section allowing for appeals. Attorney Carson will check into the Board of Appeals further to determine if it is required by State Statutes. Left off with Waste Water Commission section. It was the consensus of the council to continue in the manner that they have. Staff will make appropriate changes and the council will review.
