CANVASSING BOARD
NOVEMBER 7, 2002

Acting Mayor Gmach called the City Council to order at 6:30 p.m., on November
7, 2002, as the Canvassing Board.
The purpose of the Canvassing Board is to canvass the municipal election returns
and declare the results.
Present were Councilors Bucher, Gageby, Gmach and Thomas, and Administrator
Vergin. Mayor Guenthner was excused absent.
MOTION by Gageby, seconded by Bucher to approve Resolution No. 2002-76
declaring the results of the Municipal Election. Voting Aye: Bucher, Gageby,
Gmach and Thomas.
MOTION by Thomas, seconded by Gageby to adjourn the Canvassing Board at
6:32 p.m. Voting Aye: Bucher, Gageby, Gmach and Thomas.
