Mayor Guenthner called the closed session to order at 6:40 p.m., on Thursday,
May 23, 2002. The purpose of the closed session was to address potential
litigation.
Present were Councilors Bucher, Guenthner and Thomas, Attorney Carson and
Administrator Vergin. Councilors Gageby and Gmach were excused absent.
Attorney Carson reviewed the agreement that had been drafted and was acceptable
by the Bauers.
The Council was in consensus to proceed with placing this on the agenda for
consideration during the public council meeting, following the closed session.
Mayor Guenthner adjourned the closed session at 6:50 p.m.
