Mayor Guenthner called the closed session to order at 6:30 p.m., on Thursday,
April 25, 2002. The purpose of the closed session was to address potential
litigation.
Present were Councilors Bucher, Gageby, Gmach and Guenthner, Attorney Carson
and Administrator Vergin. Councilor Thomas was excused absent.
Attorney Carson described the status of the situation and resolutions available to
the council.
The Council directed Attorney Carson to look into some other situations, which
may be violations of State law, and to review previous minutes and files to see if
there is any additional information that may be helpful to the situation.
Mayor Guenthner adjourned the closed session at 6:50 p.m.
