A RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT TO AUTHORIZE AN APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran is eligible to apply for a Corridor Planning grant through Hennepin
County for 2021;
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran i
Gdentified the need to update the Northeast District Plan and
Guidelines as a 2021 priority to support anticipated development and ongoing improvements along
the County Road 101 transportation corridor;
WHEREAS, planning for Corcoran's
Planning grant;
Northeast
District meets the purpose and crifieria of the Corridor
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran has the institutional, managerial, and financial capability to
adequately manage a Hennepin County Corridor Planning grant;
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran certifies that it will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
as defined in the grant agreement, if awarded.
