A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DONATION FROM
HAZEL A LUTZ AND TOM ANDERSON
April 8, 2027
WHEREAS, the City of Corcoran is authorized to accepfi donations of real or personal
property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 465.03 for the benefit of its citizens, and is
specifically authorized to accept gifts
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 471.
or bequests for the benefit of recreational services
17; and
WHEREAS, Hazel A. Lutz and Tom Anderson made a financial donation to the City of Corcoran
in the amount of $2,500.00 for the Memorial Garden,
WHEREAS, The City Council finds that it is appropriate to accept the donations as offered for
the benefit of the Memorial Garden, the City of Corcoran, and residents;
